ISO 9000 is a series of quality management systems standards created by International Organization for Standardization, a federation of 132 national standards body. The ISO quality management systems are not specific to products or services but apply to processes that create them.
ISO 14001-2004 Certified:
The ISO 14000 family addresses various aspects of environmental management. ISO 14001:2004 deals with environmental management systems (EMS). It provides the requirements for an EMS.
Production & Infrastructure
Cheminova Locations-
Cheminova speciality chemicals new manufacturing unit is situated at #UPSIDC; Panki Site-4, Kanpur, India with a built up area of 15000 Sq. fts. And also our second commodity chemicals manufaturing unit situated at #UPSIDC Jainpur Industrial Area, District Kanpur Dehat with a coverd area 60000 sq.fts.Each our manufacturing facilities are ISO 9001:2008 certified.
Raw Materials-
Depending on the groups surprising demands of raw materials, we have long-term cooperation with some big material suppliers. We can purchase materials directly from them to avoid intermediate links and high cost.
Packaging-
We are also provided with in-house state-of-the-art packing unit, where all our products are packed after stringent examination. All the basic packaging related check ups are done at this stage and thus assured that goods dispatched are 100% defect-free.
Equipments-
The plant is self-sufficient in terms of latest manufacturing machinery and in house sophisticated quality control facilities including the Microbiology testing facility, R&D and formulation development facility.
Technology-
The unit has an in house product development dept. and is confident of developing new formulation.
