The Customer Sales and Service Support role supports the Marketing and Sales function in the implementation of commercial strategies across multiple businesses. Cheminova providing high quality service to customers and sharing information with others in the organization as required, the Customer Sales and Service Support role delivers increased customer intimacy, growth, loyalty and competitive advantage.

 

Our range of treatment chemicals are backed by our Technical Services to ensure optimum performance, this technical expertise & services start the moment any specific chemical is sold to any customer. One of the key aspects of technical services is trouble shooting. This involves through investigation of every miniscule details of plant operations in addition to water chemistry.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Understanding customer needs
  • Building relationships and partnerships with customer's payable and purchasing departments  
  • Influencing product selection and volume by using value-added sales techniques (i.e. sell up, sell out, cross-selling)
  • Driving the resolution of customer issues related to receivables and invoicing
  • Understanding business and market strategy to service customers and generate growth
  • Taking independent action to achieve results
  • Analyzing customer payment behaviors to optimize cash flow

  • Presentation of the data related to the operating conditions & training of the operating staff with regard to their system conditions. 
  • Periodical water analysis along with advise & recommendation.
  • Periodical corrosion monitoring & bacterial count study.
  • Graphical representation of appropriate performance, data & chemical consumption for discussions & future actions.
  • Monthly trends will be monitored & required comments will be provided in a report format.
